Dear Parents/Friends,
You are invited to the 2nd Southwick Group AGM that will take place in the Head Quarters on Tuesday 23rd May All family and friends are invited. Please arrive at the hall before 7:00pm – the meeting will start at 7:15pm sharp.
As part of the AGM we want to fill you in on what has happened over the past year and what we would like to do. Your thoughts and ideas are very welcome.
We always need the support of more parents in the Group and it’s a great opportunity to be part of the Scouting movement and do something good in your local community.
After the AGM business, there will be entertainment by the Cubs and Scouts.
Refreshments and cake will also be provided, donations welcome.
