Dear Parents and Friends,
You are invited to our AGM that will take place at Comber Hall on Tuesday 7th June 2016.
All family and friends are invited. Please arrive at the hall before 7:00pm – the meeting will start at 7:15pm sharp.
As part of the AGM we looking to fill the role of Group Secretary, as well as asking for at least one parent representatives for each sections. We desperately need the support of more parents in the Group and it’s a great opportunity to be part of the Scouting movement and do something good in your local community.
After the AGM business, there will be entertainment by the Beavers, Cubs and Scouts. Refreshments and cake will also be provided.
