All family and friends are invited. Please arrive at the hall before 7:00pm – the meeting will start at 7:00pm sharp. As part of the AGM we want to fill you in on what has happened over the past year and what we would like to do. Your thoughts and ideas are very welcome. We always need the support of more parents in the Group and it’s a great opportunity to be part of the Scouting movement and do something good in your local community. Sadly our Group Secretary is unable to continue with us as her son is playing for a major football team, so we require a group Secretary, can you help 4 – 5 meetings a year taking notes and putting your thoughts forward, also parent representatives from Beavers, Cubs and Scouts to put their thoughts on how we progress in the future. After the AGM business, there will be Burgers and Sausages together refreshments and cakes, donations welcome. We all look forward to meeting you. Mark Dooley Chair of Second Southwick Scout Group.
